The starting point
The company was using a central management system alongside applications developed in-house, custom interfaces and a large number of spreadsheets.
As volumes and organisational complexity grew, keeping data aligned across production, logistics, quality, administration and sales became increasingly difficult.
The objective was to introduce a modern, web-based and integrable ERP platform capable of centralising information and supporting the entire business process in a coordinated way.
