Frequently asked questions about Opera ERP
What is Opera ERP?
Opera ERP is Labinf Sistemi’s management software for theatres, opera and symphony foundations, orchestras, festivals and cultural organisations. It brings artistic planning, production, staff, administration, budgeting and management control together in one environment.
How long has Opera ERP been used in theatres?
Opera ERP has been used in opera and symphony foundations and theatres since 2007. It is developed and supported by Labinf Sistemi, a software house founded in 1978 with a UNI EN ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System.
Does Opera ERP also manage artists, staff and shifts?
Yes. It manages artists, employees, freelancers, assignments and contracts, as well as attendance, working hours, shifts and access control. For more complex HR processes it connects to LIGEPE, Labinf’s HR and attendance solution.
How does it help control production costs?
Each production has budgets, revisions and final figures, linked to general, cost and job accounting. Schedule changes are tracked, so their impact on time, resources and costs is visible straight away.
Can it connect to ticketing and other systems?
Yes. Opera ERP integrates with ticketing systems, payment tools, IMAGE Pro for documents and contracts, Business Intelligence and external platforms. It can run in the cloud or on-premise, on the organisation’s own servers.
How does an Opera ERP project start?
It starts with a presentation of the solution and an analysis of the organisation’s processes: seasons, productions, departments involved and data to migrate. From there we define modules, integrations and go-live times. You can request a demo from the Contact page.
